I am from Chicago, born and raised! Well, I've resided in Indiana for the last 2 1/2 years because I work out here now.
I received my Bachelor's Degree from Western Illinois University in Instructional Design and Technology in 2007. Currently, I am enrolled in the Instructional Systems Technology Master's Program at Indiana University - Bloomington Campus.
I enjoy developing training materials and teaching. Learning is something I can't get enough of. Teach me something new, and I'll try to spread the word to others!
I have over 13 years of experience working at libraries. I've worked in 3 public libraries as the CyberNavigator providing computer-based instruction to the community patrons, 1 private university library as the Evening Circulation Assistant and Student Worker Supervisor, and currently at one of IU's libraries as the Head of Circulation and Reserves and Facility Manager Coordinator where I oversee two departments and have student workers and maintain the library appearance. I teach my co-workers and student workers something new most of the time.
Also, I love to take pictures, go to concerts, jam to good music, reading, traveling, napping and exploring!
Education is the basis of law and order.
